B. 15 minute AMRAP of Power Snatches, Box Jumps, and Wall Ball Shots

As Many Rounds and Reps as possible in 15 minutes:
– 5 Power Snatches @ 60/43 kg
– 10 Box Jumps 24/20 inches
– 15 Wall Ball Shots @ 9/6 kg

C. Banded Face Pull 3 x 15

Banded Face Pull (3131 tempo)
– 3 sets of 15 reps
